Mark Schaefer, Company founder
Mark Schaefer has more than 30 years of marketing experience and is one of the most well-known authors and educators on the subject of social media marketing. He is the author of five best-selling marketing books including the seminal books Tao of Twitter, Return on Influence and The Content Code. He is an internationally-known speaker who has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CBS News, Wired, and many other media publications. His clients include Adidas, Dell, Johnson & Johnson and the US Air Force. He is a contributor to the Harvard Business Review and teaches graduate-level marketing courses at Rutgers University.
Mandy Edwards, Analytics
Mandy has more than 10 years of experience creating marketing strategies for national retail chains. Her expertise includes social media and content marketing. She leads many of the analytical processes for the team.
Brooke Ballard Sellas, Client relations and strategy
Brooke is the Founder & Chief Digital Strategist of B Squared Media, a digital media agency. She is also an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College in NYC teaching Consumer Behavior. Brooke is serving as the commercial director of Content Code and will lead the client discovery process.
Rena Saltsman, Analytics
Rena is a Digital Strategist with experience managing marketing and digital communications for more than a dozen global organizations. She has a niche in process planning and analysis and is the chief analyst for the team.
